Pilgrim Pines is seeking a dedicated and organized Camp Manager to lead the daily operations of our beautiful lakeside retreat in McCall, Idaho. This full-time position is perfect for someone who thrives in a Christian community, has a strong background in camp or hospitality management, and enjoys creating welcoming, meaningful experiences for guests of all ages.

As Camp Manager, you’ll oversee all aspects of camp life—from guest hosting and food service to facility upkeep and team coordination. You’ll be the key point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth operations, memorable stays, and continued alignment with the mission of Pilgrim Cove Camp.
